Shipping & Returns & Local Delivery


We currently ship only to addresses within the United States & Canada. If you would like an order shipped to another international destination, please e-mail us at orders@beowoof.com .

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping rate estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

There are some items that have a "fixed" shipping fee.  In these cases, the actual shipping fee for the item is largely subsidized by Beowoof LLC and you are being charged only a nominal handling fee.

Beowoof reserves the right to refuse orders that originate from or are to be sent to Post Office Boxes.

In order to select the "Free Local Delivery" shipping option, the customer must enter their local address that falls within the "Free Local Delivery" parameters.  Please remember that your in-stock order total must be a minimum of $25.00 to qualify for "Local Delivery."  

Please give us as much information as possible regarding delivery arrangements when you check out.  If you do not have a concierge, someone must be home to accept the delivery, or you may arrange for your delivery to be left with a neighbor--in that case, please give us the name and contact information for the person who is responsible for receiving your delivery.  If our initial attempt to deliver your order is unsuccessful--your order status will be changed to "awaiting pickup."  We are not able to leave deliveries unattended. 

For same-night delivery in Hoboken, please have your order in by 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 3:00 p.m. on the weekend.  We will contact you if any of the items in your order are out-of-stock.  If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your order the same evening, we will contact you by telephone & e-mail. 

Please note that items not in-stock, items designated with fixed shipping charges, special order items & made-to-order items will be delivered by post and applicable shipping charges will be assessed.  All items that are in-stock will not be assessed a shipping fee.


Return Policy

You may exchange most new, unopened items for another item or store credit. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Discounted and Sale items are sold "as is" and are not returnable.
  • Food and treats may not be returned. 
  • Returned items must be new, in the original packaging, clean and free of animal hair and may not show any sign of use or damage by pets or any other sign of wear, use or laundering. Beowoof reserves the right to make the final decision about whether or not you will receive credit for any items returned that do not meet these criteria.

You must request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we must receive your return package with 14 days after you receive your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

As a rule, the customer must bear the cost of their own return shipping. We cannot refund outgoing shipping or shipping to return items to us. The customer is responsible for proper packaging, shipping, and insurance. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit. We'll pay the return shipping costs if, and only if, the return is a result of our error (that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your replacement item or credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, however, the process will take less time. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the transit time to ship the item(s) back to you (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to exchange an item: 

  • Contact us via e-mail (shopbeowoof@gmail.com) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • The RMA must be written plainly on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Assuming the replacement items are in stock, we will exchange the returned items or e-mail a store credit within three business days of receipt of the return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, Beowoof must be contacted before the order is shipped and you must receive acknowledgement of cancellation from us via e-mail or facsimile.  If an order has already shipped, the above Return Policy guidelines will apply.
